Connecting the wall unit to a management system
A dry-contact kit is enough to start and stop a unit. When a project calls for more, for example connecting the heat pump to a building management system, a controller or several external devices, the UTY-XCSXZ2 board provides additional connection points. The function of each input and output is set at installation, following the indoor unit manual.

What to plan with the board
Fujitsu specifies that an external connection kit is required for installation; we include it in the same order. The Orion XLTH+ wall unit uses a different board, the UTY-XCSXZ3, and cassettes and ducted units use the UTY-XCSX.

The UTY-XWZX or UTY-XWZXZ5 is a harness with basic functions. The UTY-XCSXZ2 is a board that adds inputs and outputs to the unit; Fujitsu states it installs with an external connect kit.
