The LG MultiSITE CRC2+ wall controller (PREMTBVC3) builds on the MultiSITE CRC2 platform and adds a passive infrared motion detector. With its humidity sensor, it lets the system’s operation follow the room’s actual occupancy. It is wired to the indoor unit, which powers it at 12 V DC.
A control that follows occupancy
The multilingual colour touchscreen can be customized; access to settings is role-based, with a password. The CRC2+ offers a 7-day schedule with mode selection, a Lua scripting engine for custom sequences, plus two universal inputs, one universal output and one digital output. It controls up to 16 indoor units.

Compatibility and installation
LG specifies it for its commercial indoor units, except PTACs. Some functions, such as floor temperature, are reserved for 4-way dual-vane cassettes. Mount it about 5 ft above the floor, in an unobstructed spot, with no splice in the cable.

What to know before installing
- Mount it about 5 ft above the floor where it can see the room, away from direct sun and drafts.
- Do not cut, lengthen or splice the cable between the controller and the indoor unit.
- LG offers optional wireless sensors and a BACnet Wi-Fi module.
- Some functions (floor temperature, human detection) are for dual-vane four-way cassettes only.

How is it different from the CRC2 (PREMTBVC2)?
The CRC2+ adds a passive infrared motion sensor to the humidity sensor. The rest of the MultiSITE CRC2 platform is shared.
Is it compatible with my LG unit?
LG specifies it for its commercial indoor units, except PTAC; some functions depend on the connected unit. Send us your model numbers and we confirm.
Can it connect to a building management system?
LG offers an optional Wi-Fi module for wireless BACnet (VCM8002V504). We assess your site before proposing it.
Can you install it?
