GENERAL AIRSTAGE Extension Kit – UTZJUXA

Among the manufacturer’s OEM parts is the GENERAL AIRSTAGE UTZJUXA extension kit. It matches, feature for feature, the same part under the Fujitsu AIRSTAGE brand: GENERAL Inc. is the name Fujitsu General Limited has carried since January 1, 2026, and AirGreen is an authorized GENERAL and Fujitsu AIRSTAGE dealer. Since each OEM kit is designed for specific units, we order it only after confirming, with your model numbers, that it suits your installation and the use you have in mind.

Why every part goes through a check

Each heat pump model has its own list of accessories and options, published by the manufacturer. Two units that look alike can call for different parts, and a wrong choice ends in a needless order followed by a return. Before any order, we therefore check your model number against the manufacturer’s documents.

What we need to receive

• the model number on the indoor unit’s nameplate, and the one on the outdoor unit’s
• the name of the refrigerant, also shown on the nameplate (R-32, R-410A…)
• if possible, a photo showing where the unit is installed

Finally, explain your project to us, whether it means replacing a part, adding a function or following a requirement in the manual. Our answer is clear: either the UTZJUXA kit does the job, or we point you to the appropriate part.

Locating the nameplate

Each unit’s model number and serial number can be read on its nameplate. A legible photo of each plate is all we need. If you cannot spot it, our technicians take care of it during the visit.
