4 rooms, 4 set points, one mode at a time.
On a multi-zone system, each head keeps its own temperature. But the outdoor unit heats or cools for all heads at once. Try it: set the four rooms, then switch one to cooling.

The 4C28MC is not a heat-recovery system: its outdoor unit runs in one mode at a time, so it cannot heat one room and cool another at the same moment. Temperature set points stay independent, head by head.
