Orion XLTH: down to -26 °C, from 9,000 to 24,000 BTU/h.
Fujitsu’s deep-cold wall unit that goes highest in size: five sizes, from the bedroom to the open area, with built-in Wi-Fi, an occupancy sensor and a heated base pan. At -26 °C, the 18,000 and the 24,000 still give 19,110 BTU/h. Installed by an Elite Plus team in Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, on the South Shore and on the North Shore.
Orion, the Hunter
The constellation that shares its name with the series, from catalogue coordinates. Fujitsu does not explain the name.
Deep cold, in five sizes.
Six facts from Fujitsu documents, the ENERGY STAR list and the NEEP list. Sources are at the bottom of the page.
At -26 °C, the 18,000 and the 24,000 deliver exactly the same heat: 19,110 BTU/h.
The 18,000 and 24,000 accept up to 50 m of line set and 30 m of height difference.
At -26 °C, the small 9,000 still delivers 11,400 BTU/h, more than its own size.
The 15,000 is the family’s most efficient at -26 °C: a COP of 1.92.
All five sizes meet the ENERGY STAR Most Efficient criteria.
Built-in Wi-Fi, an occupancy sensor and a heated base pan on all five sizes.
Best-Tier: the second step, and the widest.
Just below the Orion XLTH+, which goes down to -30 °C in three sizes. The Orion XLTH goes down to -26 °C, but it is the only Orion offered at 18,000 and 24,000 BTU/h.
From 9,000 to 24,000 BTU/h.
Tap a size: photo, link to the product sheet, heat at -15 °C, efficiency and LogisVert amount. Above 15,000, the indoor unit grows and the line set can reach 50 m.

What Fujitsu puts in every Orion XLTH, from the 9,000 to the 24,000.
Built-in Wi-Fi: you control the unit with the AIRSTAGE Mobile app, no adapter needed.
Occupancy sensor: it helps save energy when the room is empty, according to Fujitsu.
Heated base pan: it keeps defrost water from freezing in the base of the outdoor unit.
No automatic cut-out in cold weather, according to Fujitsu.
Minimum heat mode: the room stays at 10 °C, above freezing.
Two filters: apple catechin (3 to 12 months) and ion deodorizing (3 years, washable).
Powerful mode: 20 minutes at maximum airflow and compressor speed.
Six fan speeds, plus auto.
Backlit wireless remote included.
Outdoor low-noise mode: 3 dB quieter, according to Fujitsu.
Works with Fujitsu’s KAGAMI UTY-RVRU wall controller and UTY-RNRUZ5 touch controller.
Up to 50 m of line set and 30 m of height difference between the units.
From 23 to 30 dB(A) on quiet speed.
