The SPX-WKT5M cable is 5 m (16.4 ft) long. Hitachi lists it with the SPX-URFG1 wired remote control (airPoint Room H700) among the accessories for its airHome wall units: it connects the wall control to the indoor unit.
A well-placed wall control
A wall unit is mounted high on the wall; the control, on the other hand, has to stay within easy reach. The 5 m of cable lets you place it under the wall unit, near the door or wherever people naturally adjust the room’s comfort. We plan the route before mounting the control, for clean wiring.
Units Hitachi lists it for
- airHome 400, 600 and 800 wall units: RAK-DJ09PHAA, RAK-GJ12PHAA, RAK-XJ09PHAA.
- Multi-zone wall units: RAK-DJ07QHAA and RAK-GJ09 to GJ24QHAA.
What about other units?
The spec sheets for RAD-GJ ducted units, RAI-GJ mini-cassettes and RAF-FJ consoles do not list this cable with the SPX-URFG1 control. For those units, we confirm the correct connection based on the model. To group several units under one control, Hitachi offers the SPX-DST1 distributor and its 8 m SPX-WDST8M cable.
