The Fujitsu filter base (Filter Base) attaches to the return air side of an AMUH multi-position air handler and holds the filter in place at the unit’s inlet. It protects the coil and the fan from dust and makes filter changes simple, even when the air handler is installed in a closet.
A size for each AMUH cabinet
Fujitsu lists the base among the accessories for its R-32 air handlers, with one size per cabinet size. The right choice therefore depends on the model number on the air handler’s nameplate.

- 86ET0003: size to be confirmed with us based on your air handler
Why the filter matters
A clean filter maintains the airflow specified by the manufacturer. When clogged, it reduces comfort, makes the fan motor work harder and lets dust settle on the coil. Check it at least at every change of season, more often during renovations or if you have pets.

Is the filter included?
Fujitsu’s sheet shows the base only. We tell you which filter fits when we quote.
