Quick facts
The SPX-RKDN3 kit is the French-language version of the wireless remote with receiver for airHome RAD-GJ ducted units. Hitachi lists it on the submittal sheets for the RAD-GJ07, GJ09, GJ12 and GJ24QHAA, alongside the English version SPX-RKDN1.
A hidden unit, a control in French
The ducted unit is installed in a ceiling or a closet and distributes air through ducts. The receiver, mounted in the room served, receives the commands from the remote. With the French-language version, occupants adjust their comfort in their own language, an advantage in a rental unit as much as in a family home.
