The Fujitsu UTY-RHRY simple 2-wire remote control is the wall control Fujitsu designs for the hotel industry. It lets you turn the unit on and off and adjust the temperature, but gives no access to the operating mode: the mode stays set by the manager.
Fewer settings, fewer service calls
In a hotel room, a residence or a managed rental unit, an occupant who switches to cooling in the middle of winter creates discomfort and complaints. With the UTY-RHRY, the mode is chosen once and for all. The temperature sensor is built into the remote, with adjustment in 1 °F steps, and the backlit LCD screen stays readable in a dark room.

Compatibility and newer model
Fujitsu lists it as an option for its R-32 AMUH air handlers, ARUH ducted units, ACUH and AUUH cassettes and ABUH suspended units. Fujitsu also offers the UTY-RHRYZ1, which adds refrigerant leak and sensor replacement alerts. For the version with mode selection, see the UTY-RSRY.

What to know before installing
- Non-polar 2-core shielded twisted pair, 22 to 16 AWG.
- Mount it away from direct sun, air outlets and heat sources: the sensor is in the housing.

How is it different from the UTY-RSRY?
Same housing and wiring. The UTY-RSRY lets you change the mode, the UTY-RHRY does not.
Can a group have several remotes?
Yes, up to 4 remotes for a group of up to 16 indoor units.
Can you install it?
Yes. We mount and wire it, room by room if needed, everywhere in Greater Montréal.
