The Fujitsu UTY-RSRY 2-wire simple remote control brings the everyday controls together in a compact wall unit: on, off, mode selection, fan speed, set point and vertical louvre direction. Its built-in temperature sensor measures the room air where the occupants are.
Full control, without menus
Auto changeover switches between heating and cooling on its own based on temperature. Adjustments are made in 1 °F steps on a large backlit display. For a property manager, the UTY-RSRY also offers set point range limits, control lockout, heating or cooling priority and a filter indicator.

The model that succeeds it
Fujitsu now presents the UTY-RSRYZ1 as the replacement for the UTY-RSRY. The new model adds refrigerant leak and sensor replacement alerts. For a like-for-like replacement or a group already equipped with UTY-RSRY, this model still makes perfect sense; for a new project, we advise you based on your unit.

- Non-polar 2-core shielded twisted pair, 22 to 16 AWG.
- Mount it away from direct sun, air outlets and heat sources: the sensor is in the housing.

Is my unit compatible?
Fujitsu lists it on the submittal sheets of its R-32 AMUH air handlers, ARUH ducted units, ACUH and AUUH cassettes and ABUH ceiling-suspended units. Send us your model number and we confirm.
How is it different from the UTY-RSRYZ1?
Per Fujitsu, the UTY-RSRYZ1 replaces the UTY-RSRY and adds refrigerant leak and sensor replacement alerts.
And from the UTY-RHRY?
Same housing and wiring, but the UTY-RHRY gives no access to the mode.
Can you install it?
Yes. We mount it and wire it to your indoor unit, everywhere in Greater Montréal.
