LENNOX writes the generation into the number
In the LENNOX legend, one letter gives the generation: A for the 1st, B for the 2nd, D for the 4th. An MPB is a 2nd generation, an MWLD a 4th.
LENNOX, bulletin 210863, p. 2; form 211080, p. 2.The MWLD, MWPD and MWHD are the 4th LENNOX generation; the MHA, MLA and MPB are R-410A generations that many homes already have on the wall. Type the number on your nameplate: we tell you what it is, how cold it heats, its warranty, and the R-32 wall unit at the same size.
Six series, from 9,000 to 24,000 BTU/h. Each product page gives the AHRI number and, when the unit qualifies, the indicative LogisVert amount.
Each letter is read with the legend LENNOX prints in the series’ documents. Pick a model from our catalogue or type the one on your nameplate.
In red: the generation, the refrigerant and the voltage, the three letters that change most what you have on the wall.
