32 LG wall-mounted heat pumps for sale, in R-32 and R-410A, across nine series. They do not handle the cold the same way: LG rates heating down to −35°C for the ARTCOOL Deluxe, −25°C for the ARTCOOL Premier and the DUALCOOL PRESTIGE, and −20°C for the rest. This page compares them at the same capacity, with certified figures.

Tap a need: the list keeps the series that meet it, based on LG’s own documents. Each card leads to its series page, with the number of products online.
The only LG wall unit certified down to −35°C, with 100% of its rated heat at −25°C.
The big room in deep cold: 21,600 BTU/h at −15°C on the 18,000, and a 50 m line set.
Mirror front and refrigerant leak sensor; LG presents it for single-zone and multi-zone use.
The lightest R-32 head up to 18,000, then the Extended Piping with its 50 m line set.
The R-410A cold-climate line: at −25°C the 22,000 still delivers 17,740 BTU/h.
The R-410A DUALCOOL, including a 22,000 that keeps 21,170 BTU/h at −20°C.
The R-410A ARTCOOL: its 9,000 and 12,000 are certified and heat down to −20°C.
The same units and the same AHRI certificates as the DUALCOOL PRESTIGE 9,000 and 12,000.
A listing with no LG model or AHRI number: the page says what we know and what we check.
LG Canada names its R-32 wall units ARTCOOL Deluxe, ARTCOOL Prestige (Art Cool Premier in LG’s U.S. literature), ARTCOOL Mirror and DUALCOOL; “gloss white” and “Gloss White” are AirGreen labels, not LG series names.
Pick your room’s capacity. At 9,000 and 12,000 the Deluxe owns the cold; at 18,000 the Premier keeps all of its heat at −15°C; at 22,000 the two generations match on efficiency, not on the cold.

The four listings sold as “24,000 BTU” (KSSAL241A, KSSAP241A, LAN240HYV3, LSN243HLV3) are rated 22,000 BTU/h in cooling; their rated heating is 24,000 (R-32) or 26,000 BTU/h (R-410A).
At Montréal-Trudeau the daily minimum drops below −20°C about 12 days a year, and below −30°C roughly one winter in five (1991-2020 normals). Below its series’ limit a wall unit stops, and the house needs backup heat.
Certified maximum output (NEEP) or LG-published output (LG Canada brochures 2025), in BTU/h. “Outside LG’s range”: below the series’ minimum heating temperature published by LG.

Hydro-Québec requires a nominal cooling capacity of at least 12,000 BTU/h. No 9,000 qualifies, not even the Deluxe, Cold Climate certified down to −35°C.
The amount is based on the certified rated output at −8°C. The Deluxe 12,000 holds the deep cold far better than the Mirror, yet gets $12 less: 8,400 versus 8,500 BTU/h at −8°C.

The full program rules are explained once on the LG page.
Between the outdoor unit and the head, LG sets a maximum length per series and capacity. That figure often decides the series when the room sits far from an outside wall.
LG Canada ARTCOOL Deluxe, ARTCOOL Mirror, DUALCOOL and ARTCOOL Prestige brochures (2025); LG Extended Piping manual (2026).
The certified R-410A models on this page are still certified by NEEP and ENERGY STAR as of October 14, 2026, appear on Hydro-Québec’s list when they are 12,000 BTU/h and up, and LG Canada still lists them. LG has also documented its R-32 wall units since spring 2025 (LG Canada brochures of March and April 2025).
A web page says nothing about production: we confirm availability on the quote.
Same outdoor units, same figures: the R-32 Mirror and DUALCOOL from 9,000 to 18,000 share the KUSAB outdoor units and identical certified ratings; only the head differs.
AirGreen has published 25 LG wall-unit projects, in Montréal, Laval, the South Shore and the North Shore. None names the series installed, so our series pages do not use them as proof.
See our LG projectsWe come see your home, choose the series and size with you, and hand you a clear quote with the AHRI number and the indicative LogisVert amount when the unit qualifies.
Hydro-Québec does not solicit anyone by phone or door to door for LogisVert. If a call “from Hydro-Québec” offers you a heat pump, hang up.
LogisVert amounts are indicative: Hydro-Québec confirms them when you apply. LG’s warranty is explained once on the LG page. Prices on quote.
Filter by capacity or series, then open the product page: each one lists the indoor model, the outdoor model and the AHRI number.
