A two-boiler system for large loops
The Conforto AT3200 is not a single boiler: it is a system of two AT series boilers installed in parallel. Together, they deliver 32 kW at 240 V, or 109,200 BTU/h according to the manufacturer, which lists it under the code AT320010C15 in its brochure. It sits between the AT2800 and the AT4000, the two other systems of the series.
This format answers hot-water loops that exceed what a single AT boiler can supply: a small Longueuil apartment building heated by a shared loop, a North Shore store whose radiant floor covers the whole sales area, a large Laval residence.
What matters to a building owner
In a rental building or a business, day-to-day reliability and warranty terms carry a lot of weight. The AT series controller includes freeze protection and accepts a flow switch and a low-water device. It works in stages, with element rotation, and an immersion sensor at the heat exchanger outlet prevents short cycling.
On warranty, Conforto distinguishes two cases. For indoor residential use in Canada, the limited lifetime warranty covers the heat exchanger and the components installed by the manufacturer for 5 years, then the heat exchanger at no charge for the first 20 years and prorated after that. For commercial use, it covers parts for 2 years and the heat exchanger for 10 years. In both cases, yearly maintenance is required.
What to plan for
Two wall-mounted boilers of about 70 lb (32 kg) each as shipped call for wall space and well-designed parallel piping, with 1 1/4 in NPT connections. Conforto publishes electrical data for each boiler, not for the system, and does not publish a minimum flow for the whole: we work out the supply and check the loop from the two units delivered.

How is it different from the AT2800 and the AT4000?
They are the three two-boiler systems of the AT series. The AT2800 delivers 28 kW, the AT3200 32 kW (109,200 BTU/h at 240 V) and the AT4000 40 kW. The choice depends on the building’s heat needs, which we assess on site.
Is the system suited to commercial use?
Yes. Conforto includes commercial use in its warranty: 2 years on parts and 10 years on the heat exchanger. The limited lifetime warranty applies to indoor residential use in Canada. Yearly maintenance is required in both cases.
How is the power supply determined?
Conforto publishes the electrical data of each boiler, not of the complete system. We start from the two units delivered to lay out the circuits and check the electrical service; the written quote states it.
Can it make domestic hot water?
The AT series controller manages a domestic hot-water setpoint with priority for an indirect water heater, sold separately. We specify the connection in the quote.
Can you limit the heating shutdown during the work?
We plan the work with you, especially in an occupied building or an open business, and tell you in advance which steps require draining the loop.
