The Samsung MWR-WG01UN advanced wired controller is a genuine wall control with a colour screen. It connects to the indoor unit with two conductors, which provide both the 12 V DC power supply and power-line communication. Samsung lists it for its DVM S systems, RAC wall units, FJM multi-zone systems, CAC systems and, as an optional communicating controller, Hylex™ modules.
More than a wall thermostat
The MWR-WG01UN offers a weekly schedule, energy use tracking by day, week, month and year, WindFree™ control on compatible units, an emergency heat indicator and partial button lock. It measures room temperature and can control up to 16 indoor units on R-410A. It can also activate the indoor unit's AP mode for the SmartThings app.

Good to know before installation
With R-32 units, Samsung states that group control by wired controller is not possible. Install the controller in a room between 0 and 39 °C, away from direct sun, with 10 mm of clearance above and on the sides and 50 mm below.

- Clearance: 10 mm above and on the sides, 50 mm below.

Is it compatible with my Samsung unit?
Samsung lists it for DVM S systems, DVM Chiller FCU kits, RAC single-zone wall units, FJM multi-zone units and CAC single-zone systems; it is also the optional communicating controller for Hylex air handlers. Send us the model number and we confirm.
Can it run several units?
