Quick facts
The Fujitsu FJ-AC-485-1 BACnet module is the gateway Fujitsu specifies for integrating its AIRSTAGE heat pumps into a building management system. Its accessory lists call it “Intesis - BACnet MSTP & Modbus RTU Gateway”: it is designed by Intesis for Fujitsu equipment.
A heat pump managed like the rest of the building
In a commercial building, a school or a seniors’ residence, the manager monitors lighting, ventilation and heating from a single workstation. The FJ-AC-485-1 gateway lets you add Fujitsu heat pumps to it over a BACnet MS/TP network, or over Modbus RTU according to the manufacturer’s description. Each indoor unit becomes visible and controllable in the system.
Units listed by Fujitsu
- Altair 500 (ASUH**KPAS), Orion XLTH (ASUH**KZAS) and Orion XLTH+ wall-mounted units
- ACUH and AUUH cassettes, suspended ceiling unit
