Two warranties add up. Hitachi covers the compressor and parts for 10 years when the unit is registered within 60 days: we do the registration. And since October 5, 2026, your new heat pump installed by AirGreen is covered for 6 years, parts, labour and travel included.

In our store, the Hitachi slim ducted unit is a head of the airHome Multi system: it connects to a RAM-G compressor. For a single room, an airHome wall unit is often simpler; we compare both options during the visit.
According to Hitachi’s brochure: from 30 to 42 dB(A) for the 7,000 to 12,000 BTU/h sizes and 29 to 40 dB(A) for 18,000 and 24,000: the two large sizes have a bigger casing and a higher static pressure, and they are slightly quieter on Hitachi’s sheet.
