Why does the Multi 24,000 get more LogisVert than the 36,000?

Only the RAM-G24N3 is ENERGY STAR cold climate: $120 per 1,000 BTU/h at -8°C, so 16 × $120 = $1,920. The RAM-G36N4 is standard ENERGY STAR: 25 × $50 = $1,250.

Can I mix head types?

Yes. Wall heads, mini-cassettes, floor consoles and slim ducted units connect to the same airHome Multi compressors. We validate the combination and its AHRI number on quotation.

One multi-zone or several wall units?

A multi-zone keeps a single outdoor unit for several rooms. Several wall units each have their own outdoor unit and their own AHRI number. We compare both options, with their LogisVert amounts, during the visit.

How long do I have to claim LogisVert?

Nine months after installation. The calculator in the LogisVert section gives the exact deadline from your installation date.

What warranties do I get?

Two warranties add up. Hitachi: 10 years on the compressor and on parts when the unit is registered within 60 days (otherwise 7 and 5 years); we do the registration for you. AirGreen: since October 5, 2026, your new heat pump is covered for 6 years, parts, labour and travel included (warranty of good working order under the Consumer Protection Act), with one professional maintenance a year as the condition.

Why is no price shown?

The price depends on the installation: line set length, support, electrical work, access. After a free visit, we give you a clear quotation with the model, the AHRI number and the indicative LogisVert amount.

Q: Is the LogisVert amount per head?

No, per system: the compressor and its heads, with the AHRI number of the installed combination. Adding a head does not double the amount.

Four RAM-G compressors, from 18,000 to 42,000 BTU/h, for 2 to 5 heads. All of them heat down to -20°C according to Hitachi. One detail changes everything for LogisVert: only the RAM-G24N3 is ENERGY STAR cold climate, and it gets more than the RAM-G36N4.

Four compressors. The RAM-G24N3 is the only ENERGY STAR cold climate one.

That is why it gets more LogisVert than the RAM-G36N4: $120 per 1,000 BTU/h at -8°C, versus $50. It also carries the ENERGY STAR Most Efficient designation.

Two warranties add up. Hitachi covers the compressor and parts for 10 years when the unit is registered within 60 days: we do the registration. And since October 5, 2026, your new heat pump installed by AirGreen is covered for 6 years, parts, labour and travel included.

Since October 5, 2026, Québec’s Consumer Protection Act grants new heat pumps a 6-year warranty of good working order. At AirGreen, it includes parts, labour and travel.

One condition: yearly maintenance

A complete professional maintenance once a year, with the invoice as proof. Manufacturers require it before supplying a warranty part.
