Both heat down to -30 °C according to Midea. The Midea35 uses the least in summer (SEER2 up to 33.3) and gives the highest maximum heat at -15 °C. The Midea28 gives more certified heat at -8 °C in 9,000 and 12,000, and also comes in 24,000 and 33,000 BTU/h.
SEER2 measures efficiency over a cooling season: the higher it is, the less the unit uses for the same cooling. 33.3 is the highest of our Midea wall units, on the 9,000 BTU/h Midea35.
We offer the Midea35 in 9,000, 12,000 and 18,000 BTU/h. For 24,000 or 33,000, look at the Midea28, or the Midea25 in 24,000.
LogisVert requires an outdoor unit of at least 12,000 BTU/h nominal cooling, even when the 9,000 is ENERGY STAR certified.
At Midea, Wi-Fi control of wall units goes through an optional module, with the Midea SmartHome app. The quote says what is included.
