The full model number first
The cord, the receptacle and the breaker must share the same amperage, the one shown on the nameplate; on Gree units, the cord’s amperage also sets the usable electric heat, and 265 V units take different cords. Never use an extension cord. A wall thermostat only works once the PTAC is set for wall control, per its manual. The grille and drain kit must match the wall sleeve: several manufacturers describe a 42 × 16 in sleeve, but other sizes exist.
