The brochure terms apply to residential installations. Commercial: 5 years on the compressor and 1 year on parts.
Direct Air has an online registration form; it states no deadline and no condition.
The DA25 web page shows different numbers from the 2023 brochure: the current term is confirmed on quotation.
Air exchangers: core 7 years (HRV) or 5 years (ERV), other parts 2 years, filters excluded, according to the brochure.
