Les Maskoutains RCM: houses and rural properties
In Les Maskoutains RCM, in Montérégie, AirGreen serves 17 municipalities. Single-family homes, village houses and rural properties dominate. Many are heated with electric baseboards: a wall-mounted or multi-zone heat pump cools in summer and helps lower the heating bill in winter. Our teams cover the whole region from our Boucherville showroom, including Saint-Dominique, Saint-Pie, Sainte-Hélène-de-Bagot and Sainte-Madeleine.

Where to install the outdoor unit in Les Maskoutains RCM
Balcony, terrace, side wall or flat roof: the location is decided on site. We consider the distance to neighbours, noise, defrost water drainage in winter, access for maintenance and municipal rules and, in a condo, the syndicate's rules. Rules change from one town to the next: before installing, check your town's page.
Humid summers, cold winters: choosing the right capacity
In Les Maskoutains RCM, as everywhere in southern Québec, summers can be hot and humid and winters harsh. A unit that is too small can't keep up during heat waves; one that is too big cycles on and off without drying the air properly. That's why we measure rooms, windows and insulation before recommending a capacity. A cold-climate heat pump also keeps heating efficiently in winter.
Repair, maintain, replace
Our refrigeration technicians repair all brands, including ones we did not install. A spring maintenance visit, before the heat arrives, keeps efficiency and air quality up. And when an old unit costs more to repair than to replace, we tell you plainly, with the price explained before any work.
