Senville sells two central systems. The SENDC (R-454B) blows out the side: slim, it fits along a wall. The SENTC (R-32) blows out the top: square, it needs 152 cm of clearance above. Answer two questions.

The PTAC goes through the wall, plus everything to control it.
The PTAC heats and cools a room through a sleeve in the wall, with no separate outdoor unit. For controls: a wall thermostat and Wi-Fi modules for the wall units.
