Vimont: houses and rural properties
Vimont is a district of Laval. Most of our work there is in single-family homes, village houses and country properties. On a large lot the outdoor unit is easy to place, but snow, maintenance access and a solid base must be planned. Our teams come from our Montréal office, about 15 km away, and also work in nearby towns: Sainte-Rose, Auteuil, Laval and Duvernay.

Vimont is part of Laval, which had 438,366 residents in the 2021 Census (up 3.6% since 2016). The figures below cover all of Laval. In Vimont, as everywhere in Greater Montréal, summer brings humid heat waves and winter long stretches below freezing.
