GREE parts and accessories. A grille, a heat kit, a harness. The right part starts from the model number, and GREE sets its limits.
9 GREE items on this page: cassette grilles, FLEXX heat kits, wall controls, a harness and a terminal block. Each one fits specific units. A TF06 grille does not fit a 12,000 cassette; a 20 kW kit does not go into a 2-ton air handler. The tool below starts from your unit and gives the part GREE lists for it.
- 9parts and accessories on this page
- 3families of FLEXX heat kits, each documented for its own air handlers
- 620 · 950mm square: TF05 and TF06 grilles
- 7parts on this page documented by GREE or a distributor
Start from the unit. The part follows.
Nine unit families, and for each one what GREE, GREE Canada or a Canadian distributor allows: the grille, the heat-kit ratings allowed per air handler, the harness. US families are marked; we do not mix them with Canadian ones.
Which GREE part for my unit?
Pick the unit as written on its nameplate. The answer comes from a specific document, and each one repeats the same rule: we confirm the fit with the full model number before ordering.
Nine items, a status for each.
An original part is ordered on the strength of a document. Here, for each item on this page, is the one we found, or the lack of one where that is the case.
“Our sheets only”: data from our product sheets, not confirmed by GREE. Documents read Oct. 26, 2026.
The right GREE part, wired the right way.
GREE sets which part goes on which unit. AirGreen reads the nameplate, orders the original part and installs it by the document.

Each listing names the part. The tool at the top of the page says which unit it goes on; the status table, which document describes it, or that none does.
Before ordering: the details that change the part.
AH or BH: the end of the number
Two FLEXX R410A air handlers of the same size do not take the same kits. The FLEXX24…BH takes 5, 8 or 10 kW; the FLEXX24…AH, 5 or 8 kW only. The last two letters of the model number decide.

The 20 kW R410A kit also carries number 21-4228-00; Dettson’s Canadian R32 20 kW, 21-4228-01. Same for the 15 kW (21-4217-00 and 21-4217-01). We order on the full number, never on the rating alone.
GREE Comfort FLEXX submittals · Dettson X40273AAn R32 air handler shipped without heat
Per Dettson’s manual, its FLEXX R32 air handlers leave the factory without electric heat: the kit is an accessory. We pick it when the air handler is ordered, from the tonnage on its nameplate.
Dettson X40273A, p. 19Four installation details GREE’s documents spell out.
Parts carry no LogisVert amount.
No grille, kit or harness on the list
Hydro-Québec lists heat pumps by AHRI number; a grille, a harness or a heat kit has none. A FLEXX heat kit does not change a heat pump’s amount either: that amount is calculated on the heat pump’s capacity at −8 °C, as listed by ENERGY STAR. System amounts are on the GREE central heat pumps page.
