What Dettson prints for the series.

The thermostat

Control by a conventional 24 VAC thermostat, per the brochure; “compatible with most 24 V thermostats on the market”, per submittal X60062F. Guide X40273A, on the other hand, gives the WK-010WC1 as the required thermostat: the documents differ, so we check your model at the visit.

LogisVert: all four /E pairs are on the list.

Hydro-Québec’s list of Oct. 27, 2026 holds AHRI numbers 216621482, 214568826, 216621484 and 214568857, each with its GUD..AH2/E-D(U) air handler. The amount is calculated on the heat pump; the heat kit changes nothing. The FLEXX R32 central heat pump page gives the indicative amount for each /E pair; Hydro-Québec confirms it once you apply.

Which air handler comes with this system?
Dettson and ENERGY STAR list the GUD24, 36, 48 or 60AH2/E-D(U) for these four AHRI numbers. We read the nameplate of the air handler delivered before ordering the kit.
Why do the documents show another model?
Brochure X61067C, submittal X60062F and guide X40273A describe the GUD..AH2/G, certified under AHRI 217120759 to 217120762. ENERGY STAR treats the /E and /G pairs as separate systems, put on the market in 2024 and 2025.
Which heat kit will go in my air handler?
For the /G, the GREE guide gives 5 and 10 kW from 2 to 5 tons, 15 kW from 3 tons, 20 kW for 4 and 5 tons. For the /E, no document says: we confirm it with Dettson and on the nameplate before ordering.
Does the system detect refrigerant leaks?
Yes, per Dettson: the series brochure and submittal list an A2L leak detection sensor as included. Both documents describe the /G, but the sensor is listed there as series equipment.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Only Dettson’s French brochure says so, “factory mounted”; the English version does not mention it. We confirm it before promising it.
What warranty applies?
Dettson’s series brochure prints a 10-year standard warranty, plus 2 years with Wolseley when the product is registered and/or on proof of installation. Since that brochure describes the /G, we have Dettson confirm the terms for the system delivered.
